随后,两人相约1月31日在小黄家中约会。风流过后,林某拿出几颗药,称是“壮阳药”,吃了以后可以玩得更尽兴。小黄没有怀疑,随即吃下“壮阳药”,没过多久就觉得头昏昏沉沉,很快就睡着了。第二天早上,小黄发现林某早已不见踪影,而自己的手机和*包不翼而飞。小黄赶紧到瀛洲派出所报案。
瀛洲派出所民警受理该案,立即展开调查。经过摸排侦查,民警掌握了嫌疑人林某的行踪。前日下午,民警将林某抓获。林某对盗窃他人财物的犯罪行为供认不讳。目前,林某已被警方刑事拘留。
