1月15日下午5点多,南平高速民警在福银高速(上行)邵武段收取移动测速仪,却发现测速仪不见了。事后民警调取监控视频,在江西警方配合下,将两名犯罪嫌疑人江某、暨某抓获。
36岁的江某说,2014年开车经过福银高速时,因超速被测速仪抓拍,“没有及时缴纳罚款,产生高额滞纳金,心存不满”。今年1月15日,他和朋友暨某又开车来到邵武,将设置在高速路边的移动测速仪卸下,然后往江西方向逃离,在半路上将测速仪丢掉。目前,两人因故意毁坏公私财物罪被刑事拘留。
